Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Good news, being a customer of La Blanca mean’s you’re entitled to a standard free delivery. 
Delivery orders take approx. 2-4 working days depending you’re within Egypt.
International Orders don’t enjoy free deliveries, however we offer them discounted options (it takes approx -5-7 working days) (Credit Card Only)
Reliability is key that’s why we deal with the best delivery couriers. 
Please make sure someone is present at home or work address to accept the delivery. If no one is available the item will be returned to our locations, and re-delivering would incur a fee.
 
During these hard times we currently don’t accept returns and exchanges to avoid multiple interactions and deliveries. However, we allow you to try the product upon reception. If you receive it we pay for the shipping if not a shipping fee will be required

RETURNS
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, and we’re are happy to accept returns on products that are unworn and fitted will security ribbons and labels. 
* We don’t return any product from the evening dresses page, but we do let you try the product upon reception, if you receive it we pay for the shipping if not a shipping fee will be required *
To return a product please ship it back following the instructions on the returns form. Remember to fill in your returns sheet with your request and put this sheet in your parcel when you return it back to us.

It’s important to note that return shipping costs are not covered by La Blanca, unless the return is accepted with a decision of a full refund with return shipping costs.  
Some items may not be eligible for a return or a refund, rest assured our team will inform you before purchase. 
 
EXCHANGES 
Sometimes the fit isn’t right, and we’re are happy to accept exchanges on products that are unworn and fitted will security ribbons and labels.

Feel free to be picky as you can exchange any item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you without delivery charges (we offer 1 exchange for every item). 
Exchanges take around 2-3 days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.
To return a product please ship it back following the instructions on the returns form. Remember to fill in your returns sheet with your request and put this sheet in your parcel when you return it back to us.
It’s important to note that exchange shipping costs are not covered by La Blanca, however we cover the fee while sending it back to you. 
 
SALE ITEMS
Items on sale can only be exchanged within 7 calendar days upon delivery and cannot be refunded (1 change per item) 
Sale items under 1000 EGP cannot be exchanged.

Requirement for a valid procedure
  • – Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
  • – Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met.
  • – All product attachments must be in place accordingly (label, security tags).
  • Should there be any item damaged or missing due to our transportation, please contact our customer service within 24 hours for claim purposes.

  • Quality Check
  • Once your product is retrieved, we will perform a quality check.
  • Either your return fails or meets all the quality check requirements, we will contact you promptly through email to inform you with the decision 
  • If the quality check is successful, you’ll be refunded  or a replacement can be operated (accordingly, some decisions will require from the customer to exchange the product without a refund)
  • If the product fails the quality check it will be returned to you immediately with a detailed explanation.

To return a product please ship it back following the instructions on the returns form. Remember to fill in your returns sheet with your request and put this sheet in your parcel when you return it back to us.

Most items sold on La Blanca, under certain conditions, can be returned or exchanged within a period of 14 days from the delivery date. 
Items on sale can only be exchanged withing 7 days from the delivery date.
